Your roof protects your home—and your family—from the elements all year long. If you’re considering replacing it, or would simply like an estimate, you might consider asking your Seattle roofing professional a few questions:

  1. How long have you been in the roofing industry, particularly the Seattle roofing industry?
  2. On average, how many years of experience do your laborers have?
  3. Are you/is your company a member of the Better Business Bureau?
  4. Have you or your company won any awards? If so, what for?
  5. What was your most challenging roofing project, and what solutions did you find for it?
  6. Are you or is any of your staff LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)-certified?
  7. May I see examples of your previous Seattle roofing or Woodinville roofing projects?
  8. Do you have any client reviews or testimonials I can read?
  9. Do you offer any sort of guarantee or warrantee?
  10. Do you offer a free estimate?

Answers to these questions will help you determine which roofing professional to trust with one of your most valuable investments.
